Eden of Dreams is an interior design firm offering residential and commercial design services, including Turnkey Solutions, Modular Interiors, Renovation, Custom Furniture, 3D Visualization, and Space Planning. All design projects are governed by a separate, formal Design Services Agreement executed between you and Eden of Dreams. These website Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and interactive tools only.
2. Use of Online Tools and Content
A. Design Calculator and Estimate Tool
The “Calculate Your Estimate” tool provides a preliminary, non-binding cost estimate based on the information you provide.
- Non-Binding: The estimate generated is for informational purposes only and is not a fixed quote, contract, or final price offer. The final project cost will be determined after a consultation, site inspection, and detailed final material selection.
- Accuracy: We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate estimates, but we are not responsible for discrepancies arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
B. Interior Design Style Generation Tool (Visualizer)
Our interactive tool, which generates design style recommendations based on user preferences and uploaded images, is for inspiration and conceptual guidance only.
- No Professional Advice: The generated styles and visual output do not constitute professional design advice or a project proposal.
- Image Usage: By uploading images to the visualizer tool, you warrant that you have the right to use those images and grant Eden of Dreams a limited, non-exclusive license to use that data solely for the purpose of generating your style results and for improving the functionality and accuracy of the tool.
C. Intellectual Property (IP)
All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, design projects, and the design/code of the estimate calculator and visualizer, is the exclusive property of Eden of Dreams and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.
3. User Conduct and Restrictions
You agree not to use the Service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
- To harass, abuse, insult, or defame others.
- To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
- To collect or track the personal information of others.
- To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service.
4. Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India (specifically, the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
